What about sizing?
Each product includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit. You’ll find the Size Chart link directly below the product description on every item page.
Some styles have a slimmer or more relaxed fit, so we recommend checking the chart before ordering.
If your item doesn’t fit as expected, contact us and we’ll help you with a return or exchange.
Are the designs supposed to look distressed?
Yes. Many of our designs feature a vintage, distressed look on purpose.
The garments themselves are not distressed — only the printed artwork. This gives each piece a worn-in, classic feel inspired by old-school hockey style.
I just placed my order, how long until it ships?
All Barn Garb items are made to order, which means each piece is printed specifically for you.
Orders are typically:
- Processed and printed within 2–5 business days
- Shipped shortly after production is complete
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
I only received part of my order
If your order included multiple items, they may ship separately.
Some products are fulfilled from different locations, so it’s normal to receive more than one package.

I made a mistake with my order, what do I do?
If you notice an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible.
We can usually make changes within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item hasn’t entered production yet.
I haven't received my order.
If it has been more than 14 days since your order was placed and you haven’t received your package, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to look into it.
