Returns
We want you to feel confident ordering from Barn Garb Hockey Threads. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be in original condition
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
⏳ Refund processing time:
Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of:
- Wear or damage
- Alterations
- Odors (smoke, pet hair, etc.)
- Misuse or improper care
If a return is refused, you’ll be notified by email.
Exchanges
All Barn Garb items are made to order, meaning we do not keep inventory in stock.
Because of this:
- We do not offer direct exchanges
- Please place a new order for the desired item
- Return the original item following the return process above
This helps us reduce waste and maintain consistent quality across all products.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — processing times vary
- Contact your bank for additional details

📦 For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
