Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident ordering from Barn Garb Hockey Threads. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags and labels attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of:
- Wear or damage
- Alterations
- Odors (including smoke or pet hair)
- Misuse or improper care
If a return is not approved, you’ll be notified by email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
⏳ Processing time:
Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Exchanges
All Barn Garb items are made to order, and we do not keep inventory on hand.
Because of this, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item:
- Place a new order
- Return your original item following the return process above
This approach helps reduce waste and maintain consistent product quality.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

📦 For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
- Contact your bank for additional details
