Order Processing
All Barn Garb Hockey Threads items are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters production before shipping.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
Orders under $75 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on location and items in your order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Once production is complete, orders are shipped using standard carriers.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods may impact transit times.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately. In these cases, you may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

- Canada
We do not currently ship to other international destinations.

Duties & Taxes (Canada)
For Canadian orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
